If there is a cavity in the concrete, it should be repaired with epoxy mortar before tensioning; when the anchor is installed, the anchor plate should be straight, the clamps should be tightened, and the position of the slices should be even: but the clamps should not be too heavy when tightening Knock it with a rabbit to break the clip; when the pre-stressed tendon is stretched, it should be loaded from zero to the starting point of measuring the elongation value to obtain the initial tensile force, and then loaded to the required tensile force in stages; the grouting of the tunnel is required to be dense, and the cement The pulp strength grade should not be lower than C40. The ducts before grouting should be moist and clean, and the grouting should be carried out slowly and evenly without interruption, and the exhaust should be smooth. If the pores are blocked, the grouting port must be replaced, but the grout obtained from the first injection must be discharged to avoid the presence of gas between the grout after two injections.
