If it can meet the design requirements, after the pre-stressed anchorage parts are assembled, the internal magic angle between the assembled parts will reach a balanced state during the pre-stressing process, thereby producing a good self-anchoring ability. If the diameter of the steel strand exceeds the allowable deviation too much, the balance will be disrupted. At present, most of the steel strands are exceeding the standard, which obviously affects the anchoring performance of the clip-type prestressed anchors.
